Be(a)rlin

Done it again! “Grbavica”, a movie by a young director from Sarajevo, Ms. Jasmila Zbanic, won the Golden Bear award of this year’s Berlin Film Festival for the Best movie. This just proves the quality of the filmmakers coming from my city, and is very important especially since it follows what happened in one of the parts of Sarajevo 1992 - 1993. I can’t talk about the movie before I see it obviously and I don’t think I’ll see it before I go back home but this is one of the reasons you should see it if you can. Also, I acutally auditioned for a minor role in this movie and didn’t get it, so you know you can expect only good acting when you go and see it. So, turned to wordPress. LOVING it! Aside from the obvious lack of direct template meddling blogger has, Wordpress really takes care of their users and I’m still discovering all the options I can use here. This also means that I’ll be leaving that whole “earning online” shit for a while. No more ads! Just my beautiful content, read it

I shot this video from the Golden Gate trying if I could zoom with my digital camera while doing so. Obvious, I couldn't. Anyways, there's a 2 second shot of me and a whole lot of sea to see, but it's also an offer by Google Videos to upload your videos - as long as they're not offensive in any way or, I guess, Chinese . Speaking of Google, I'm leaving blogger in a few days. Since I believe that a blog remains a best way of transpiring just what's going on with me and around me, and my AdSense account got closed 'cos I clicked on the ads too much (go figure...), I don't have any reason not to go somewhere better then here. I'll also be transfering all the articles I've written so far, so you'll be able to go back to your favorite moments. Fr'isco Day Two

Beautiful little thing photobucket offers, just beautiful. Anyway, this is the second day of the WonderCon, didn't wonder too much around the City but the convention was interesting. We saw "Superman Returns" and talked with Brian Singer and Brandon Routh, Terry Moore but Frank Cho didn't show up - disliking the Liberty Meadows creator more every day. But who cares as long as he keeps on drawing the way he does. Also got a V for Vendetta mask. :) I'm gonna take a photo of me in it and post it as soon as I can.

Fr'isco Day 1

hmm... I know that I said I'll load photo's and write about the experiences, but that'll have to wait when I come back to Mississippi - for now just check out all the photo's I had on my camera, posted on the MSN groups, visible to all and everyone. There're some from the Campus aswell for all the "Superbowl in 337" fans. :D Feel free to ask any and all questions about them but I don't promise I'll answer for another two or three days. ;) Ah yes, link to the photo's is here .

Heh, this is turning out like a promotion of Google products only, but it isn't - give me a better solution and I'll post it. Tell me, how else without the Google Video I would be able to post this video of the most famous Bosnian rapper and I will. But until then, enjoy the music. For foreigners, the text talks about Bosnia since the war and just where are we going. In my humble opinion, the best portrayal of just that and all Bosnians should always have these last words of the song in mind: When he builds the house/[Bosnian] puts a part of himself there Destroy to the foundations, no more/Foundations are eternal like river Sava. Well, it looses somewhat in the translation. I didn't know until today he made a video for this song... Anyways, now all of you can put your favorite videos directly into your blogs. Neet in my opinion... I've had enough for today, I'm going to sleep.
