Fr'isco Day Two


Beautiful little thing photobucket offers, just beautiful. Anyway, this is the second day of the WonderCon, didn't wonder too much around the City but the convention was interesting. We saw "Superman Returns" and talked with Brian Singer and Brandon Routh, Terry Moore but Frank Cho didn't show up - disliking the Liberty Meadows creator more every day. But who cares as long as he keeps on drawing the way he does.
Also got a V for Vendetta mask. :) I'm gonna take a photo of me in it and post it as soon as I can.

I know, I know, I'm all talk and no pictures. Well, I'm gonna be changing that now that i have my LAPTOP!!! Here are some of the pictures of Campus, Oxford and other 'lovely sites' one might find in this area of the State of Mississippi. :) Click the image(s) for the larger version. This is one of two entrances to the library. Park in front of it is supposed to hold a memorial for the civil rights movement, whose significance in these parts you may get a glimpse of here and here . This is part of the atmosphere in the Grove (The Park of the Campus, where all is happening before the Football games). This is the Ole Miss Rebels Orchestra (or whatever they call them), extremely fine music they play but rarely succede to bring the Rebels to victory. Who cares about what's going on on the field! SORE ALL OVER!!! Seriously people, my roommate actually told me this morning I was breathing hard for some reason, and I think it was from exhaustion! But I think my muscles are actually rejoycing at the chance to do some real work after a long time. I think the only other time I felt like this in the past five years was after a two day trip across the mountains around Sarajevo with skiis and a lot of other mountaineering gear. Don't want to spread the story long and wide 'cos most of the stuff I mention you wouldn't have even heard of anyways. Yes, it's Yoga. Before Yoda, today Yoga. I guess I was actually subcontiously considering Yoga lessons when I posted that picture... But anyways, there're a lot of FREE lessons for OleMiss students and teaching staff (heh, when will we see a thing like that in Bosnia???) during the week and I had some extra time yesterday and hence my complaining.
